A little farm creating a zero-waste supply chain by providing waste up-cycling services for breweries, crafting feed products & custom feeding for ranches, and growing ethically raised and regenerative foods for the local community.
aGRO helps breweries reduce their environmental impact by collecting and up-cycling their spent grain and organic wastes into livestock feed; as opposed to it going to the landfill or commercial compost.
aGRO also offers these services to whole food and vegetable/fruit processors and producers.
These services include a variety of plan options, from weekly exchanges to multiple pickup trips daily from city to farm to fit your budget!

aGRO offers affordable feed and custom feeding services for Albertan livestock operations.
A staple ingredient in aGRO’s ration includes spent grain;
a high protein, moisture, and fibre additive to stretch dry feeds and forage. Small-scale and bulk options available.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH A STORY.
aGRO’s founder Victoria Ross grew up on a ranch. A ranch her dad worked every day to keep running. She hated seeing her father having to take a second job in order to keep the bills paid and the ranch running.
While working on an entrepreneurship project in 2015, Victoria learned that nearly 50% of Canadian farmers need a second job. This stat didn’t sit well with her.
